Written translation of general use texts

Sworn translation
Sworn translation is the translation of
official
nature texts to be used in legal purposes, that is the translated and
certified
text by the translator and that has the same legal effectiveness as the
original one. It is usually referred to contracts, judicial documents
(specially for letter rogatory procedures, also known as judicial
assistance,
covering full court orders with lawsuit, letter rogatory, decisions,
sentences,
etc.) qualifications and school-leaving certificate, birth certificate,
death
certificate, marriage, besides any document that must me legal certified
for
guarantee legal purposes.
Technical translation
They covered all kind of documents or texts
with a
specific language. It is usually normal translation, but the amount of
technical
terms would mean a bigger work volume, that could involve higher rates.
The
reason of this increase is due to more work hours and using specialized
translators per subject (e.g. aeronautical engineering, medicine, etc.)
Permanent external & internal services
Some companies need the translation of
commercial
documents but this volume is not enough to have dedicated staff to do
it, so
they turn to outsource it (translations agency or personal translators)
If this
volume is getting higher could be interesting to have a dedicated worker
to do
it, but contracting is not the best solution. In this case, we offered
permanent external services (out plant) or permanent internal services
(in
plant), providing best-in-class service with competitive rates.

Usually, we cover all

Three interpreting
methods are
distinguished:
Simultaneous
interpreting
Immediate translation
of speeches in
meetings,
conventions, committees, presentations carried out in simultaneous
interpreting
cabin, being always necessary two interpreters per language, unless a
short
term service that can be made by only one interpreter (for example, one
hour).
Consecutive
interpreting
Interpreting in
meetings, presentations,
media
conferences and similar, without cabin, carried out by one interpreter
(depending on intensity and length could be necessary to dispose of two
interpreters to exchange in turns).
Consecutive
interpreting can be carried out
in different
ways, depending on client requirements: step by step translation,
resumed
translation with making notes, complete resumed translation by final
speech,
whispered, etc.
Linking interpreting
Also called companion
interpreter. It’s a
similar
service to consecutive, and also to half-consecutive, although is
slighter, for
example to accompany a businessman in company visits, to give assistance
for
technician in staff training, to work as communication resource for
working
lunch or dinners, or for cultural/guided tour.
